The DRYFOB-TXL is our largest waterproof container intended for use with longer and larger PLB rescue devices, marine radios, air quality monitors, sunglasses, and generally anything else that requires the larger size.
The DRYFOB-TXL interior cavity measures 70 mm (2.75”) diameter by 263 mm (10.35”) length.
This unit is made up of two standard XL bottom pieces attached together with a middle sleeve. It is possible to interchange parts with the standard XL model. Those wanting both an extra tall TXL and a standard XL can purchase an add-on XL top.
The DRYFOB-TXL has been IPx8 rated to an incredible 1,200 ft (365m) to provide ample peace of mind for even the most technical deep divers. We include 2 sets of spare O-rings, compatible lube, and an O-ring removal pick with the TXL.
While the TXL does not have the same 4mm x 8mm oblong punchouts as the other DRYFOBs have on their lids, the small 3mm hole on the bottom lip remains and can be used to attach a small ring or some cave line. It is also possible to use a carrying harness, such as one used for small air cylinders, or to directly attach hose clamps with some bungee cord. No attachment options are included.
